HIIT exercise workout with skipping rope

Get your sweat on with Samantha Murray as she shows us five exercises she’s been doing to stay fit while at home. You can build these exercises into a HIIT routine and repeat a few times.

1) 60 x skips (with or without rope) alternating double to single legs
2) 20 x split squats with pulse & weight – 10 each side
3) 8 x jump into high jump
4) Turkish get up
5) 10 x straight leg sit-ups into twisted mountain climbers
