Get your sweat on with this HIIT-style cardio workout from Vitality Coach Jonny Kibble. It’s perfect for blitzing arms, abs and legs at home and you can make it as easy or as difficult as you like.
There are 5 exercises. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and then have 30 seconds rest. You can repeat the circuit between 3-5 times depending on how much you want to work.
- Floor taps
- Squat punches
- Press-ups with hands release
- Mountain climbers
